Job summary

Rumzer is seeking a talented Webmaster to own our website's development, deployment, and maintenance on a fully remote, part-time basis (80 hours per month). You will build pages in Webflow, ensure site health, and deploy updates, while applying basic SEO to improve discoverability.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a Webmaster, at least 2 years in Webflow, and fluent English; bilingual skills (Spanish/German) are a plus in our diverse team.

• 5+ years of professional Webmaster experience.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on Webflow development.
• Native English fluency; Spanish or German a plus.

About the Role:

• Flexible & Remote: This is a fully remote, part-time position (80 hours per month), giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.
• End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.
• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup Ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Language: Fluent English is required. If you also speak Spanish or German, please let us know as bilingual candidates will receive preferential treatment!
