Job summary

Rumzer is seeking a talented Webflow Developer & Webmaster to own our website’s development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. This fully remote, part-time role (80 hours per month) offers meaningful impact and flexible scheduling.

You will build pages in Webflow, keep the site healthy, push updates and implement basic SEO. A minimum of 5 years as a Webmaster and 2 years in Webflow are expected, with fluent English and startup-friendly mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluent English is required; Spanish or German speakers are a plus.

Responsibilities

About the Role

• Flexible & Remote: This is a fully remote, part-time position (80 hours per month), giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.
• End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.
• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup Ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
