Uptalent.io is seeking a highly skilled BIM architect with extensive experience serving the US market. The ideal candidate will master Revit, develop construction documentation, permit sets, detailing, and family creation, and coordinate with US architects and clients from Latin America.

You will manage the full lifecycle of architecture projects, including 3D modeling, visualization, and client presentations, while ensuring compliance with US building codes and permit submission requirements.

• Versatile profile able to support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects: Construction Sets, Building permits, 3D modeling, Visualization and client presentations.
• Knowledge of US building codes.
• Knowledge of US permit submission requirements and processes.
• Knowledge of US construction documentation standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive and great communication skills, able to handle client communication and coordination throughout architectural projects and develop strong relationships with clients.
• Experience coordinating with US architects and consultants.
• Able to provide a strong project portfolio showing substantial work for the US Market, especially construction sets and technical documents.
• Candidates must live in Latin America.
• Work for the most exciting companies in the North American Market.
