Uptalent.io, a leading technology startup, seeks a BIM architect with strong Revit skills and 3+ years in the US market. This remote role requires deep knowledge of US codes, permits, and technical documentation, plus excellent English and client communication.

You will coordinate with US architects, support the full project lifecycle, and build a portfolio showcasing US-focused construction sets. Candidates must reside in Latin America and be able to work remotely for North American clients,

Formación

• Expert in Revit for construction documentation, permit sets, detailing, and family creation (3+ years US market).
• Can support full lifecycle of architecture projects: permits, 3D modeling, visualization, client presentations.
• Knowledge of US building codes, permit submission requirements, and documentation standards.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong client communication and coordination.
• Candidates must live in Latin America and be able to work remotely for US clients.

Requirements

• Expert in Revit, including construction documentation, permit sets, detailing, and family creation, with 3+ years of experience working for the US Market.
• Versatile profile able to support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects: Construction Sets, Building permits, 3D modeling, Visualization and client presentations.
• Knowledge of US building codes.
• Knowledge of US permit submission requirements and processes.
• Knowledge of US construction documentation standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive and great communication skills, able to handle client communication and coordination throughout architectural projects and develop strong relationships with clients.
• Experience coordinating with US architects and consultants.
• Able to provide a strong project portfolio showing substantial work for the US Market, especially construction sets and technical documents.
• Candidates must live in Latin America.
• Work for the most exciting companies in the North American Market.
