Uptalent.io is seeking a highly skilled BIM Architect to lead architecture projects for the US market. The role is remote and requires deep knowledge of US building codes, permit submission processes, and construction documentation.

You will manage 3D modeling, visualization, and client presentations, while coordinating with US-based architects and consultants. A strong portfolio is essential.

Formación

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and proactivity in client coordination.
• Strong portfolio showing US market architectural work, including construction sets and technical documents.
• Experience coordinating with US architects and consultants.

Requirements

• Expert in Revit, including construction documentation, permit sets, detailing, and family creation, with 3+ years of experience working for the US Market.
• Versatile profile able to support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects: Construction Sets, Building permits, 3D modeling, Visualization and client presentations.
• Knowledge of US building codes.
• Knowledge of US permit submission requirements and processes.
• Knowledge of US construction documentation standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive and great communication skills, able to handle client communication and coordination throughout architectural projects and develop strong relationships with clients.
• Experience coordinating with US architects and consultants.
• Able to provide a strong project portfolio showing substantial work for the US Market, especially construction sets and technical documents.
• Candidates must live in Latin America.
• Work for the most exciting companies in the North American Market.
• Work remotely.
