Digital Executive is hiring a full-time Web & Graphic Designer to join a US-based boutique agency specializing in branding and website design for B2B SaaS and cybersecurity. Qualificações

• 4+ years of professional experience in web design, graphic design, or a similar creative role.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, layout, and composition.
• Experience designing websites and landing pages, including preparing files for developer handoff.
• Ability to build and maintain reusable components, page templates, and brand kits in Figma.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools in professional client projects (e.g., Figma Make, Claude Design, Google Stitch, Framer, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney).
• Strong understanding of how to use AI to improve design efficiency while maintaining creativity, originality, and brand consistency.
• A strong portfolio showcasing original web design, brand identity projects, and effective use of AI in production.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines in a distributed team.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and ability to present concepts to clients and internal teams.
• Comfortable collaborating with a globally distributed team.
• Must own a working computer with high-speed internet.
• Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.

Responsabilidades

• Design websites and landing pages from wireframes through final layouts, preparing files for developer handoff.
• Collaborate with the design lead to develop new brand identities and refine client branding.
• Create marketing materials across formats including social graphics, digital ads, banners, presentations, and print materials.
• Translate complex B2B SaaS and cybersecurity concepts into clear, visually engaging designs.
• Use AI tools to generate concepts, explore directions, and accelerate design while preserving quality.
• Develop and maintain reusable design components, templates, and brand kits for consistency.
• Work with content writers, marketing teams, and developers to align with goals and brand guidelines.
• Prepare final production-ready files for digital and print applications.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline repetitive design tasks (background removal, upscaling, color matching, resizing).
• Ensure AI-generated assets stay consistent with brand identities.
• Stay current with design trends, emerging AI tools, and workflow improvements.
