Uptalent.io is seeking a BIM architect to deliver US-market projects from Latin America. You will lead Revit-based construction documents, permit sets, detailing, and family creation with a focus on US building codes and permit processes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of US-market experience, a strong portfolio of construction sets/technical drawings, and fluent English. This is a remote role open to LATAM residents with excellent communication with US clients.

Requirements

• Expert in Revit, including construction documentation, permit sets, detailing, and family creation, with 3+ years of experience working for the US Market.
• Versatile profile able to support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects: Construction Sets, Building permits, 3D modeling, Visualization and client presentations.
• Knowledge of US building codes.
• Knowledge of US permit submission requirements and processes.
• Knowledge of US construction documentation standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive and great communication skills, able to handle client communication and coordination throughout architectural projects and develop strong relationships with clients.
• Experience coordinating with US architects and consultants.
• Able to provide a strong project portfolio showing substantial work for the US Market, especially construction sets and technical documents.
• Candidates must live in Latin America.
• Work for the most exciting companies in the North American Market.
• Work remotely.
