Formación

• Active RN license in all OSH practice states.
• Ability to manage time and work autonomously.

• US work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Provide confident and professional service to OSH patients
• Follow current Prescription Refill policy
• Document interactions clearly and completely during calls
• Schedule appointments for patients
• Arrange transportation for clinic visits
• Maintain alignment with departmental metrics
• Handle tasks within role scope
• Complete CareReqs as assigned
• Assist with other duties as needed
