Angel City VA — Virtual Clinical Research Support is seeking a Remote Clinical Trial Support Specialist with 2–3 years of medical or biopharmaceutical experience to support independent sites, sponsors, CROs, and healthcare organizations globally.

This role covers patient engagement, regulatory and study operations, data management, and sponsor relations, with an emphasis on compliance with GCP and HIPAA and strong remote communication.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in clinical research or medical/biopharmaceutical field.
• Completed and current GCP and HIPAA training.
• Familiarity with CTMS, EDC, EMR/EHR software.

Responsabilidades

• Walk participants through study procedures and visit expectations.
• Schedule visits within protocol-defined windows and send reminders.
• Assist with eligibility screening and recruitment activities.
• Support regulatory document management and eRegulatory submissions.
• Maintain CTMS, EDC, and EMR data entry and quality.
• Coordinate sponsor/CRO communications and study timelines.
• Ensure patient education, retention, and IP compliance.
