Formación

• Minimum 3+ years working in IT.
• Fluent English (C1+) required.
• Ability to work remotely with a dedicated home office.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding and ensure a smooth, timely client experience for new partnerships.
• Execute onboarding, offboarding, and Sidekick projects with precise technical builds.
• Maintain accurate documentation in ConnectWise and ITGlue; update key links and client data.
• Coordinate with the Projects, Client Success Manager, and Service Manager during handoffs.
• Support onsite techs when needed and continually improve onboarding templates and processes.
