Scopic in Argentina is seeking a Technical Product Engineer who can transform vague problems into shipped software with high agency and strong product sense.

You'll own end-to-end features, work with AI-assisted tooling (Claude Code, Codex), and ship with minimal hand-holding in a fast-paced, independent contractor role.

This hourly, independent contractor position pays monthly via wire transfer and offers flexible hours, location freedom, and ongoing opportunities for training and growth.

Formación

• 4–5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven ability to ship with ambiguous specs.
• Fluent with AI-assisted development workflows (Claude Code, Codex).
• Full-stack competence across the stack.
• Strong product instincts for UX and priorities.
• Ability to work in early-stage, fast-moving environments.
• Proven track record of shipping side projects or prototypes.
• Clear, concise communicator.

Responsabilidades

• Turn vague goals into shipped, working software with minimal hand-holding.
• Own large end-to-end scopes: break down, sequence, and drive to done.
• Make UX and scope judgments independently.
• Ship in tight iterations and refine from feedback.
• Use AI coding tools as a core part of daily workflow.
• Surface blockers and tradeoffs early and clearly.
