Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Recruiter for the APAC region, covering India, Southeast Asia, East Asia, and Oceania. This remote role focuses on building and maintaining a world-class pool of Data Center Technicians (DCTs) and assessing hands-on DC skills.

You will screen candidates, verify credentials, and coordinate onboarding, while expanding coverage across markets and facilities in your region. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting or staffing, including DCT pool management.
• Ability to run technical interviews and assess hands-on DC skills.
• Knowledge of DC infrastructure: cabling, racking, cross-connects, PDUs, enviro monitoring.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Organized and detail-oriented for regional DCT database management.
• Experience with ATS tools and spreadsheets.

Responsabilités

• Source, screen, and recruit Data Center Technicians in APAC for LATAM remote role.
• Conduct technical screening interviews to assess hands-on DC skills.
• Build and maintain a vetted DCT pool by location, skill, availability, reliability.
• Verify certifications, references, and work history.
• Create DCT skill assessments and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate onboarding: facility access, safety SOPs, training.
• Track performance and provide feedback to operations.
• Expand DCT coverage into new markets and facilities.
