Alignerr Corp. in a remote hourly-contract role seeks a Soil and Water Conservation Scientist to help evaluate AI training content on erosion control, watershed management, and soil health.

You will review AI-generated scenarios for scientific accuracy, identify flawed assumptions, and provide clear feedback to improve rigor, working independently on a flexible 10–40 hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in soil science, hydrology, or conservation planning.
• Strong working knowledge of soil processes, water systems, and conservation techniques.
• Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills.
