Job summary

Evox is seeking a Senior Video Editor to work remotely with North American universities. You will edit and optimize video content for ads, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns, collaborating with designers and strategists to ensure high-quality output.

Responsibilities include color grading, sound design, and integrating motion graphics, with an emphasis on platform-specific formats for YouTube, social media, and paid media campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Experience in agency, media production, or marketing teams.
• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns for strong storytelling and brand consistency.
• Enhance video quality through color correction, sound design, and smooth transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations to improve engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms with correct aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, and thumbnails.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align visuals with marketing goals.
• Manage video files and assets, ensuring organized workflows and version control.
• Review edits and refine content based on feedback before final delivery.
• Stay updated on new editing techniques and platform trends.
• Ensure timely delivery of final assets respecting review steps.
