Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience in agencies or marketing teams.
• Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro skills, plus knowledge of After Effects or similar tools.
• Experience editing content for ads, marketing, or corporate communications.
• Strong storytelling ability with pacing and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and text animations.
• Color grading, sound design, and video formatting for social media and broadcasts.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Fluent English communication for US-based teams.
• Experience optimizing video content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, TV).

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
• Enhance video quality through color correction, sound design, and transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations to improve engagement.
