Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency connecting remote talent with top companies. Our client, an e-commerce agency focused on subscription CPG brands, seeks a Senior Shopify Full-Stack Developer to build high-performing DTC experiences.

In this hands-on role you will combine Shopify development, CRO, performance optimization, and third-party integrations across multiple brands, collaborating with Tech Leads, Designers and Marketing teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years of web development with strong Shopify expertise.
• Advanced knowledge of Shopify, Liquid, OS 2.0, sections, blocks, metafields and theme architecture.
• Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development skills.
• Experience with Shopify APIs and third-party integrations.
• Proven CRO/A/B testing experience and conversion-focused development.
• Experience optimising Core Web Vitals, page speed and mobile performance.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4 and GTM.
• Strong GitHub experience with branches, PRs, and code reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Build high-converting landing pages for paid traffic and optimise product/collection pages.
• Develop custom Shopify features, integrations, and Shopify API solutions.
• Integrate third-party and subscription platforms (ReCharge, Skio).
• Implement CRO and A/B testing using tools like Intelligems.
• Improve page speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile performance and conversions.
• Implement and maintain tracking (Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM).
• Troubleshoot storefront, API, integration and tracking issues.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Designers, Marketing and Project Managers.
