AgileEngine is seeking an experienced Shopify professional to build and lead our e-commerce practice in a remote-first environment. You’ll guide teams through implementations, mentor developers, partner with sales on pre-sales calls, and help clients turn Shopify into a growth engine.

The role combines technical leadership, client consultation, and strategic growth. You’ll work with Shopify Plus, Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs to deliver measurable improvements for Fortune 500 brands

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce
• Expertise: Shopify Plus, Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs
• Experience leading development teams and mentoring developers
• Ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps
• Strong English communication and remote collaboration skills

Responsabilidades

• Architect and oversee Shopify stores, apps, and integrations end-to-end
• Drive scalable, secure solutions and establish coding standards
• Mentor developers and lead prototype engagements
• Act as primary client contact, translating goals into technical roadmaps
• Provide strategic guidance on CRO, UX/UI, SEO, and performance
• Support discovery calls, scope projects, and identify upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and marketers to align tech with business goals
• Ensure designs meet performance, SEO, and CRO best practices
• Stay current with Shopify updates and headless frameworks
• Contribute to broader e-commerce roadmap
