Maxit Consulting - Max Corporate Group is seeking a Data Migration Lead to join a global consulting team supporting a major automotive client. You will plan and execute end-to-end data migration activities, coordinating cross-functional workstreams and defining the migration approach with quality controls to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

The role requires proven leadership in large-scale migrations, strong knowledge of data migration methodologies, and excellent English

Formación

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
