Job summary

Bridgenext seeks a Senior QA Engineer for its MedTech team in LATAM, preferably Argentina. You will ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance for healthcare software, performing manual and automated testing, validation, and rigorous documentation in line with GxP and medical device standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer in regulated environments.
• Solid background in MedTech, HealthTech, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Hands-on experience validating documentation and software under GxP guidelines or ISO/FDA standards.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Compliance with GxP focus.
• Validate docs, test plans, RTMs, and validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) per GxP and regulatory standards.
• Develop and execute end-to-end test strategies and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Establish automated test frameworks for API and UI testing and execute manual/automatic testing as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior QA engineers.
