Mimica is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Mapper Team, building data-visualisation apps and interfaces that display large data properties. You will own projects end-to-end, from design to deployment, collaborating with TLs and Product Managers to drive architectural decisions and product improvements.

Expect to work on scalable, real-time frontend services, contribute to code quality, and help shape the engineering culture.

Formación

• Strong experience with React and state management, plus knowledge of front-end architecture concepts.
• Deep understanding of data-intensive applications and performance optimisation techniques.
• Experience owning projects end-to-end: spec, design, development, testing, deployment and observability.
• Fluency in English with clear communication of complex ideas and trade-offs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop data-visualisation apps and features for large data sets with scalability and reliability in mind.
• Build interfaces and real-time frontend services enabling multi-user editing and re-training of AI models.
• Own projects end-to-end in small teams, collaborating with TLs and Product Managers.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and document implementations.
• Participate in and improve team processes and rituals for effectiveness.
• Provide feedback via RFCs and code reviews and help others level up.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.
