Medallia, a leader in Experience Management, seeks a Software Engineer on the Text Analytics team to build user-facing features within Medallia Experience Cloud. This front-end role emphasizes performant, scalable web experiences and end-to-end feature ownership.

You will mentor engineers, shape architectural decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in on-call rotations to maintain production reliability.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional frontend software experience.
• Experience with React or Angular, including hooks and state management.
• Experience integrating REST/GraphQL APIs and handling of mutations and errors.
• Experience conducting formal code reviews and testing to ensure quality.

Responsabilidades

• Build responsive, accessible web experiences with modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Lead architectural decisions for front-end systems and drive technical strategy.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pairing.
• Ship scalable, robust software and maintain it in production.
• Design and drive the technical roadmap; prioritize and plan with teams.
• Collaborate with dependent teams to ensure smooth deliveries and uptime.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to maintain system reliability.
