Miratech Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Ruby on Rails and React expertise to join our global IT services team. You will contribute to building scalable, high-performance applications for a patented 3D modeling project, collaborating with product, design, and engineering across multiple regions.

You will lead both backend and frontend development, ensuring robust interfaces, security, and optimal user experience while driving architectural decisions and performance

Formación

• 8+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying web applications.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React.
• Experience building RESTful architectures and/or GraphQL APIs for internal/external use.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Proficiency with cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud) and scalable architectures.
• Product growth and lifecycle management with focus on scaling and evolving products.
• Technical leadership guiding features through from concept to delivery.
• Engineering-driven mindset with ownership across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and stakeholders to align on goals.
• Evaluate approaches, discuss tradeoffs, and recommend optimal solutions.
• Develop and refine full-stack services and tools using RoR and React, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Define, develop, and roll out new features to enhance user experience and business value.
• Develop and integrate backend and frontend components for seamless interaction.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to boost efficiency.
