Coderio is seeking a Senior Data Scientist Lead to join one of our international clients and guide the design, development, and delivery of data science solutions that generate measurable business value.

This is a high-impact technical leadership role for an experienced Data Scientist who combines hands-on expertise with the ability to mentor others and collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in Data Science, ML, or Analytics with leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with statistical modeling and ML algorithms.
• Advanced proficiency in Python with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
• Solid AWS experience designing or implementing ML solutions in AWS environments.
• Strong SQL skills and working with large datasets and data warehouses.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and mentor others.
• Advanced English proficiency for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of data science initiatives across projects.
• Develop, evaluate, and optimize ML models to generate actionable business insights.
• Own the full data science lifecycle from data exploration to deployment and monitoring.
• Design and implement scalable data science solutions in AWS cloud.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other data scientists.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, data engineers, and software engineers.
• Monitor and improve model performance, align with business goals.
• Contribute to data science strategy and best practices across the organization.
• Mentor and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
