Job summary

Darwoft in LATAM is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on Data Ingestion, Integrations, and Collectors to join a cybersecurity platform project. This role is 100% remote and senior-level, collaborating with enterprise customers to design scalable ingestion solutions.

You will work across Python/Go, REST APIs, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data stores, building connectors, and ensuring reliability and security in data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years professional software/data/platform engineering experience.
• Strong software development with Python and Go.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on data ingestion pipelines and integration platforms.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain production-grade data collectors and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including IdPs, cloud platforms, SIEM, and networks.
• Collaborate with customers to understand environments and data flows.
• Build scalable ingestion architectures for high-volume data like security events and logs.
• Develop backend services in Python and/or Go.
• Deploy and operate Docker and Kubernetes-based services in cloud environments.
