Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on Data Ingestion, Integrations, and Collectors to bridge customers and engineering teams. This role emphasizes building scalable ingestion pipelines, connectors, and data platforms in a remote LATAM setting.

You will collaborate with customers to map data sources, security requirements, and workflows, delivering reliable, production-ready ingestion solutions with Python/Go and cloud-native tech.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional Software/Data/Platform Engineering or similar.
• Proficiency in Python and Go.
• Strong REST API experience and data ingestion pipelines.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Experience across AWS/Azure/GCP environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data ingestion connectors and ingestion services for enterprise data sources.
• Integrate identity providers, cloud platforms, SASE, SIEM, and security data sources.
• Work directly with customers to understand environments, data flows, and integration constraints.
• Build scalable ingestion architectures processing security events, logs, and telemetry.
• Develop backend services using Python and/or Go and work with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Operate containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes and deploy across cloud environments.
