The Flex is seeking a hands-on account manager to own client accounts end to end, from proposal through onboarding and ongoing optimization. You’ll write brand messaging in Claude, set up tracking, and manage SEO, social, and paid media for multiple locations.

You’ll build Claude workflows, briefs, and content calendars, ensuring tone and trust for med spa and senior care clients. The role rewards ownership, cross‑location coordination, and the ability to shape processes while the team executes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for clients at an agency or on your own
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure
• Daily use of Claude and related tools, with proven builds
• Near-native English for client calls and updates
• Experience handling multiple client accounts across locations
• Strong brand and copy judgment you can defend
• Comfort working with minimal oversight

Responsabilités

• Onboard new accounts and set up site, tracking, and channels in about two weeks
• Confirm conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget moves
• Write brand messaging, location pages, and client updates, drafted in Claude and edited by you
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure
• Structure multi-location accounts so each location's numbers read clearly, then compare cost per booked appointment
• Convert repeated tasks into Claude workflows the team uses weekly
• Join client calls, including some in other time zones
