Job summary

The Flex is a digital marketing agency hiring a hands-on account manager to own client accounts end-to-end—from proposal and onboarding to ongoing optimization. You will write brand messaging, craft site content, and directly manage SEO, social, and paid media while refining Claude-based workflows.

You will build repeatable processes, maintain tone and trust for regulated industries, and collaborate across time zones, expanding scope as the agency grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience at an agency or on your own
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure
• Daily use of Claude and related tools, plus something you built with them
• Near-native English for client calls and updates

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get sites, tracking, and channels live in about two weeks
• Ensure conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget changes
• Write brand messaging and location pages, drafted in Claude and edited by you
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account setup
• Structure multi-location accounts so each location's metrics read clearly and compare CPA
• Create Claude workflows for routine tasks used weekly by the team
• Join client calls, including some across time zones
