Carepatron is seeking a remote US sales AE to run conversations end-to-end, including discovery, demos, pricing, and closing for US behavioral health practices. You will collaborate with SDRs to build pipeline, own targets, and move accounts through renewal and expansion.

You’ll craft the ICP, test messages, and shape the CRM playbook to scale the function with leadership. This role requires resilience, strategic thinking, and deep product understanding.

Qualifications

• Several years in B2B SaaS sales, including a full-cycle closing role.
• Evidence that you can create pipeline yourself and close what you created.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Carry a new business quota and own the full cycle behind it: discovery, demo, trial, proposal, close.
• Convert the demos your SDR books. Show up prepared on every one and run it properly.
• Run demos that address how a US behavioral health practice operates: intake, scheduling, notes, telehealth, claims and ERAs.
• Own the ICP, playbook, messaging, and CRM definition; future hires will start from what you wrote.
• Work with onboarding and support to ensure customers go live and advocate for us.
