Job summary

AscentPath.AI seeks a hands-on account manager to own client accounts end to end, from proposals to onboarding and ongoing optimization. You will draft brand messaging in Claude, manage SEO, social, and paid media, and build Claude workflows to scale repeated tasks.

You’ll work remotely, align with US Central time, and be paid in USD as a contractor. The role serves multi-location clients in healthcare and regulated retail, demanding clear communication and strong judgment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience for multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get sites/tracking live within ~2 weeks.
• Verify conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget moves.
• Write brand messaging and location pages, drafted in Claude and edited by you.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure.
• Structure multi-location accounts for clear reporting and cost per booked appointment.
• Create Claude workflows to automate recurring tasks used by the team.
• Join client calls, including times across time zones.
