Responsibilities

• Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data across accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Configure objects, fields, workflows, and related CRM functionality.
• Implement CRM processes based on business requirements and ICP structures.
• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and operational reports.
• Support revenue and GTM operations with reporting and forecasting workflows.
• Document CRM processes and SOPs; promote consistent usage.
