RYZ Labs, a startup studio, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of Salesforce implementation projects across diverse clients. You will lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, translating complex business challenges into scalable Salesforce solutions and executive partnerships.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with C-level stakeholders, and ensure delivery excellence across multi-platform integrations, data transfers, and discovery

Formación

• 5–10 years in project management within consulting.
• 3+ years technical Salesforce experience.
• Experience with large enterprise projects ($1M+)
• Experience interacting with C-level executives
• Fluent English; strong communication and collaboration
• Budget management and IT governance experience
• Familiarity with enterprise PM tools (Daptiv, MS Project, SmartSheets) and Jira

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex Salesforce implementation projects end-to-end.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure delivery health.
• Manage stakeholders, resources, and conflicting priorities.
• Adhere to delivery methodology during implementations.
• Report project status, risks, and escalations.
• Ensure design aligns with client requirements across integrations and data transfers.
• Lead discovery meetings and workshops to identify pain points and objectives.
• Advocate for clients and resolve escalations to sustain partnerships.
