Job summary

Opsarmy is seeking a Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) for a remote contractor role. You will audit, reconcile, and optimize CRM and associated revenue tools across platforms, ensuring data integrity and scalable governance.

You will document rules, create practical prompts for SaaS scenarios, and advise on system changes affecting billing, CPQ, ticketing, and integrations. Strong English communication and 4–6 years CRM experience required; SaaS experience essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
