Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems in a remote SaaS project. You will audit CRM and revenue platforms, resolve data issues, and define robust governance for complex workflows. Strong English communication is required.

The role covers policy analysis, data reconciliation, and documenting system changes to optimize billing, CPQ, and related tools in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Role Type: Contractor

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
