Job summary

KitBash3D LLC is seeking a freelance Salesforce Administrator to lead a modernization project across our Sales Cloud org and provide ongoing support. The role involves aligning sales processes, setting up integrations with Maxio and PandaDocs, modernizing the look and feel of the app, and working with the Business Development team to translate requirements into working configuration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud admin/consulting experience in small to mid-sized companies.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; Platform App Builder or Advanced Admin a plus.
• Strong Flow skills and a declarative-first mindset; configure before code.
• Comfortable working directly with an executive stakeholder; explain tradeoffs and push back when needed.
• Disciplined about documentation and change control.
• Bonus: multi-brand orgs, B2B & B2C sales motions, or marketplace/creator businesses.

Responsibilities

• Audit and document the current org setup and processes.
• Establish a safe change process with sandbox and deploy practices.
• Translate business requirements into production-ready Salesforce configuration (record types, layouts, fields, Flows).
• Scope and document integrations with Maxio, PandaDocs, and other apps; define data mapping and sync rules.
• Modernize UI with Lightning pages and Dynamic Forms; improve dashboards for sales teams.
• Lead data cleanup: deduplication and validation rules to maintain data quality.
