Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator focused on Revenue Systems for a remote contractor role. You will audit and optimize CRM and revenue platforms, resolve data inconsistencies, and define governance to support AI-enabled workflows.

You will work across billing, CPQ, ticketing, and related tools, ensuring accurate data, scalable processes, and clear operational documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
