Job summary

Peak Support seeks a Research & Strategy Analyst to own research, data, and draft creation for engagement work in performance marketing for higher education partners.

You will run market research, audit marketing experiences, pull third-party data, and draft strategic documents, while coordinating timelines across multiple client projects and ensuring deliverable quality for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency environment.
• Strong written English, comfortable producing structured reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling data from third-party research platforms or databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Able to synthesize findings into clear, actionable summaries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research across multiple client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support segmentation and sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from briefs and templates.
• Manage timelines across concurrent engagements and coordinate inputs from teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness.
