Somniosoftware is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst for a remote LATAM-focused role in performance marketing. You will own research, data, and drafts for engagements, guiding the synthesis toward final recommendations.

In this production role, you’ll run end-to-end components on defined projects and contribute to strategic documents. The position offers fully remote work, weekly USD contractor pay, and flexible hours across LATAM time zones.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency environment.
• Strong written English, capable of producing structured, professional reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling data from third-party research platforms or databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Able to synthesize findings from multiple sources into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines without close supervision.
• Proficient in Google Slides, PowerPoint, or similar presentation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market and competitive research across a portfolio of client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and defined templates.
• Manage timelines across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before it reaches leadership.
