Job summary

Bridgenext is seeking a QA Engineer capable of supporting both a Data Engineering initiative and a web application development project. You will ensure the quality, reliability, and accuracy of data pipelines and application functionality across multiple workstreams.

Remote based role in LATAM, preferably in Argentina. Strong SQL skills, API testing experience, and Agile collaboration are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of QA experience across data pipelines and web apps.
• Experience testing web applications and APIs.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation.
• Experience with Agile environments.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and tests strategies.
• Validate data ingestion, transformation, and data quality processes.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for web apps.
• Validate data accuracy across source systems and targets.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and analysts to resolve defects.
• Support user acceptance testing and document defects through resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and release readiness reviews.
• Contribute to test automation initiatives where applicable.
