UTS Group - Unique Technology Solutions is seeking a Remote Project & Service Coordinator for a full-time independent contractor role. You own each job from approved quote to paid invoice, schedule work, dispatch technicians and subcontractors, order material, keep the client informed and bill the job. You report to the General Manager.

We’re building a mature, accountable team; if you own outcomes, communicate early, and embrace new tools, this role fits you. Strong English required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project coordination, service dispatch, operations or procurement.
• Experience in security, low-voltage, electrical, construction or field service.
• Comfortable with purchase orders, invoicing and project documents.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Owns outcomes, meets deadlines, works without close supervision.

Responsabilités

• Log service requests and schedule technicians, dispatch subcontractors and close calls.
• Build project schedules from approved quotes and coordinate teams and suppliers.
• Request quotes, issue purchase orders, track deliveries and invoice clients.
• Maintain project files in the CRM, prepare change orders and support sales.
• Make day-to-day decisions and work with AI tools as part of workflow.
