FullStack seeks a Principal SQL Database Administrator for a fully remote role connected with U.S. clients. You will join the client team and work with engineers to maintain thousands of databases, optimize performance, and implement best practices in a fast-moving Agile setting.

Requirements include 8+ years of DBA experience, advanced English, and a four-year degree. The position offers full-time work with competitive pay and ongoing education opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional DBA experience.
• Experience administering SQL Server at large scale (1,000+ databases ideal).
• Deep SQL Server administration in Windows environments.
• Strong SQL performance tuning, troubleshooting and optimization.
• Experience with indexing strategies and maintenance plans.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate directly into the client's team and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.
• Maintain and optimize the health and performance of a large SQL Server environment.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement robust improvements.
