RYZ Labs is seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer - Prod Support to build secure, scalable identity experiences across client platforms. You will own end-to-end work from frontend UX to backend services and AI models, focusing on authentication, verification, fraud detection, and personalization.

You’ll collaborate with product, security, and data teams to embed AI into identity workflows while upholding privacy and reliability standards.

Formación

• 5+ years as a Full Stack, Platform, or AI Engineer with production ownership.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern frontend framework (React/Next.js).
• Backend experience in Python/Java/Node.js with secure APIs.
• Hands-on AI/ML in production; NLP/LLMs experience.
• Experience integrating AI with ITSM tools (HALO).
• Knowledge of REST, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, deployment and monitoring.
• Solid ITIL/ITSM process understanding; incident, change, request management.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions to automate ITSM tasks.
• Develop NLP models for ticket summarization and root-cause detection.
• Implement AI copilots to assist support engineers and users.
• Automate resolution workflows with product security and SRE teams.
• Create runbooks and self-healing automation for incidents.
• Auto-generate and update knowledge base articles from tickets.
• Integrate AI with ITSM platforms and APIs across tools.
• Monitor model performance, drift, and security compliance.
• Ensure reliable, secure, and auditable AI-driven decisions.
