Huzzle is seeking a high-level Performance Marketing & Creative Strategist to oversee the entire conversion journey for client campaigns. You will diagnose why campaigns succeed or fail and direct creative and funnel improvements to win. This role rewards strategic leadership in a fast-growing, international environment.

You will lead efforts in Meta Ads, CRM-friendly lead strategies, and high-ticket funnel optimization, with remote collaboration across global teams and clients.

Formación

• Proven agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Expertise in Meta Ads focused on lead generation.
• Strong portfolio of reducing CPA and increasing revenue.
• Experience writing creative briefs and directing ad production.
• Deep understanding of direct response marketing and customer psychology.
• Ability to analyze the full customer journey and optimize conversion paths.

Responsabilidades

• Perform deep-dive audits of Meta Ads accounts to diagnose performance bottlenecks.
• Develop comprehensive creative strategies and briefs for production teams.
• Optimize lead generation funnels from click to booked appointment.
• Build testing roadmaps for continuous performance improvements.
• Analyze data to identify patterns in lead quality and conversions.
• Collaborate with teams to improve landing page aesthetics and conversion architecture.
• Create recovery plans for underperforming accounts and scale winning campaigns.
