You should excel at analyzing ad performance, collaborating with media buyers, and iterating concepts using Atria, MotionApp, and Foreplay. A strong portfolio showing MER/CPA/CTR improvements and hooks is essential.

• Must create Meta ad concepts that convert and drive performance.
• Experience working with media buyers and iterating creative from data.
• Ability to analyze winning ads, write briefs, and propose new testing angles.
• Deep understanding of hooks, messaging, UGC, offers, and direct response.
