KittySpout is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to lead ideation, scripting, and management of the creative process for Meta VSLs and DR ads. The role focuses on high-converting creatives across paid channels, with $2M+ monthly Meta spend and aggressive growth targets.

You will work remotely with founders, briefing short and long form VSLs, leveraging an AI stack in production to deliver volume and quality quickly and consistently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performance creative for DTC brands or creative agencies.
• Fluent in English and data-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Experience briefing short and long form VSLs and DR ads.
• Ability to deliver volume and quality within the same week without chasing.
• Experience running an AI stack in production.

Responsabilités

• Develop end-to-end VSL briefs: angle, hook, script, structure.
• Design AI-driven concepts for paid video campaigns.
• Collaborate with editors and marketers to test and optimize creatives.
• Iterate strategy based on creative performance data.
