KittySpout is seeking a Creative Strategist for paid ads to transform insights into high-converting concepts. You will own the creative testing loop across ecommerce accounts, shaping strategy and content that scales across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.

This is a fully remote, full-time role for US/Canada-based candidates who blend creative instinct with performance thinking. You'll collaborate with creators, editors, designers, and account managers to drive measurable results.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years developing, optimizing, or directing paid social creative (ecommerce preferred).
• Proven track record of creative that drives measurable results (CTR, CVR, ROAS).
• Strong portfolio of paid social creatives, especially UGC-style ads for TikTok/Meta.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full creative strategy loop: hypothesis → test → learn → scale.
• Lead creative strategy and testing for 3–5 ecommerce brands across platforms.
• Develop data-backed creative hypotheses and structured tests.
• Write clear briefs for creators, editors, and designers with direction from hook to CTA.
• Review performance metrics to identify winning angles and opportunities.
• Partner with Account Managers to connect insights to KPIs and reporting.
• Maintain high creative quality with consistent weekly output.
