Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity. The role will assist with financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow preparation, audit support, and coordination with external accounting firms to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration, at least 3 years of accounting experience, and strong English skills.

Formación

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting roles.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles.

Responsabilidades

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure ledger consistency.
• Record and review accounting entries per internal policies.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and assist with related payments.
• Prepare information for external auditors and support annual audit.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Adhere to internal accounting controls and procedures.
• May perform tasks for other foreign entities.
