Job summary

Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity. The role includes handling financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, and monthly cash flow preparation, with audit support and coordination with external accounting firms.

The successful candidate will work in a home-based setup with a flexible schedule, be fluent in English, and have solid knowledge of GAAP and accounting systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations.
• Monitor and manage tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support timely payments.
• Prepare information for external auditors and assist with audits.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and controls.
• May assist with tasks involving other foreign entities.
