Job summary

Indero is seeking a part-time Accounting Clerk in Argentina to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the local entity. You will assist with reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow preparation, and coordination with external firms to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

The role involves month-end close support, tax withholdings, and collaboration with auditors. A minimum of 3 years in accounting and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations per policies.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and assist with related payments.
• Prepare information for external auditors and assist with annual audit.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and controls.
