  • Maintain accurate records and update internal databases
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating communication between departments
  • Support recruitment and sales processes through follow-up calls and documentation
  • Perform general back-office and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow
  • Contribute to team efficiency by proactively identifying and solving minor issues

Requirements:
