You will process CPT/ICD-10-CM/HCPCS coding, enter charges, submit claims, and resolve denials under supervision of the Team Lead. Prior authorization and revenue cycle excellence are core expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform U.S. medical billing and coding.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation to confirm required elements before billing.
• Assign accurate CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes based on documentation.
• Enter charges into the billing system accurately.
• Submit claims timely and in compliance with payer requirements.
• Verify patient demographics and payer details before claim submission.
• Identify and correct claim rejections and data entry errors.
• Support denial resolutions and expedite missed charges when needed.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready billing records and documentation.
